We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit an intake form or otherwise contact us, which may include:

• Identity and contact details: first name, last name, company, role/title, email address, phone number, and any website or profile link you provide.
• Submission details: project type, market/location, capital need or check size, status, timeline, deal or relationship summary, and any other information you choose to include.
• Consent records: your consent selections (including contact and any SMS consent) and the date/time of submission.

We also automatically collect certain technical and marketing-attribution information when you visit the Site, which may include:

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URL.
• Marketing attribution data: UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content), click identifiers (such as gclid and fbclid), the landing page URL, and the referrer.

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or non-public offering materials through the Site until we request them.
